Imperial Japanese Naval Sword By Kaneiye
A very nice Japanese Kyu Gunto mounted gendai-to signed kaneiye. This katana is forge in the Bizen tradition and has beautiful hada, choji hamon and dark blue steel. There is a small bend in the manouchi which I will have a polisher friend straiten out on his next visit. The naval mounts are in great condition. I have owned this piece for a few years and it time for someone else to enjoy! Priced to sell.
