Juyo Heian Period Tachi By Go Jo Kuninaga With Tachi Koshirae
A fantastic ubu Heian period Juyo token tachi. The blade is over 33 inches long and very healthy. The mounts are early Edo period likely Juyo level tachi koshirae. They are also in wonderful condition missing only a few parts of the handle which should be replaced before submission to shinsa. Consider this sword is over 1000 years old! Rarely are swords of this quality seen for sale out side of Japan. I will ad to this description later.
